This program is intended for food industry professionals involved in product quality control or new product development. Participants will explore the principles of selecting, training, and calibrating sensory evaluation panels to ensure reliable and objective results. The training covers practical aspects such as panel composition, testing environment preparation, data analysis, and evaluation quality management. Through hands-on sensory sensitivity tests and exercises, participants will assess and enhance their perceptual abilities.
