The program is designed for primary school teachers aiming to strengthen their competencies in diagnosing mathematics learning difficulties and applying personalized teaching strategies. Participants will gain knowledge about the mechanisms behind students’ learning challenges in mathematics, learn to identify them, and apply tailored intervention strategies. During practical workshops, participants will explore innovative methods and technologies, such as eye-tracking tools, graphic organizers, memory aids, and interactive tasks. The program focuses on research-based teaching, the use of active learning methods, and improving both student engagement and mathematics achievement. It aligns with the priorities of the National Progress Plan and the “Lithuania 2050” vision, fostering inclusive, personalized education practices and contributing to a more effective and sustainable education system.
