Project Management: Strategies, Processes and Tools

This course is designed for professionals, managers and team members seeking to strengthen or refresh their project management knowledge based on international standards. The programme covers the entire project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to risk management, communication, procurement, team leadership and closure. Participants will gain insight into PMBOK, PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies, and apply tools such as Gantt charts, critical path method (CPM) and quality control techniques. Theoretical content is combined with practical sessions using case studies, group work, role-play and workshops. This course equips participants with the skills to manage projects independently in dynamic environments.
