KTU JKM Summer Day Camp for 1st-4th Grade Students

Eglė is a specialist in physics, computer science, and distance learning technologies, with a passion for games and game creation. At JKM, she leads creative programming classes where students build games, animations, and explore computer capabilities. Eglė aims to help children feel confident, experiment freely, and enjoy their achievements. Each lesson is a creative adventure in the world of technology.

Rūta Petkevičiūtė is the Marketing Coordinator at KTU JKM, with professional experience spanning communication, marketing, and international relations. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Vilnius University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, providing a strong foundation in critical thinking and information analysis. Rūta has several years of experience in social media management, marketing strategy development, and project coordination. During her career, she has worked on educational projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives, coordinated international exchanges, and organized educational activities for students. Before joining KTU JKM, she worked at a private international school, gaining valuable experience working with adolescents. The “Young Social Media Creators Academy” aims to equip students with practical social media creation skills while fostering responsibility and critical thinking in the digital environment.

Deimantė is a student of chemistry and physics pedagogy who grew up in an educational environment. At JKM, she helps the youngest students take their first steps into the world of technology. Classes focus on basic computer use, essential software, and extensive hands-on practice. Deimantė strives to make new technologies understandable and friendly for everyone.

Rasa is a designer, lecturer, and technology enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in the creative industries. At JKM, she teaches three programs: Delightex, Digital Fashion Design, and HTML/CSS. Her classes combine creativity and technology—from 3D objects and virtual fashion to website development. Rasa aims to help students discover confidence, curiosity, and courage to create.

Povilas is a graduate of KTU in technological sciences and VDU in IT studies and has been working with JKM robotics programs for three years. He helps students understand robot construction, programming, and control principles. Classes emphasize creative thinking and hands-on experimentation. Povilas encourages students to discover the charm of robotics and apply it in real-life situations.
