Fundamentals of 2D Computer Graphics

This program is designed for beginners who want to acquire the basics of computer 2D graphics and create visual content for digital and print platforms. Participants will be introduced to raster and vector graphics principles, popular design software, color models, and file formats. In practical sessions, they will create layouts, publications, visuals for social media, and learn how to prepare them for publication. The program also includes the use of artificial intelligence in graphic design and an individual project. Upon completion, participants will be able to independently create digital content, applying principles of composition, color, and technical preparation.

Registration is carried out through the kursuok.lt platform. Funding: the project “Learn for Life!” (No. 10-009-P-0001), financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility plan “NextGenerationLithuania” and the State Budget of the Republic of Lithuania.

In this training you will learn:
  • To apply mathematical and engineering knowledge in graphic design;
  • To develop digital skills using raster and vector graphics software;
  • To create, compose and layout designs for various media;
  • To generate multimedia content and promotional visuals;
  • To use artificial intelligence in graphic object creation;
  • To prepare visuals for printing and digital publishing.
