Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Technical Matters

We primarily use MS Teams, Zoom and KTU’s virtual learning environment. You will be informed of the specific platform before the course starts.

First, check the email with login instructions. If you’re still having issues, contact the course coordinator or email mvg@ktu.lt.

Certificates and Results

Certificates are issued after successful completion of the course – this includes meeting assessment and attendance requirements. If requirements are fulfilled, the certificate will be issued within 20 calendar days of the course ending.

Certificates are usually sent in PDF format via email. In some cases, you may be asked to collect them in person (you will be informed individually).

Payments

Once the contract is signed, you will receive an email with a link to the Lifelong Learning platform where you can access your payment invoice. The invoice includes:

  • payment amount,
  • bank account number,
  • payment reference,
  • payment deadline.

If your contract allows for payment in instalments, separate invoices will be issued for each due date.

You can pay via:

  • online banking,
  • or bank transfer.

Please clearly indicate the invoice number and participant’s full name in the payment reference to ensure your payment is correctly assigned.

If someone else is paying on your behalf (e.g. your employer), it is especially important to ensure the correct reference is included, otherwise the system may not be able to recognise the payer.

If you have any questions about the payment amount or deadline, please contact the person listed in the course description.
